About: Ryan joined Sharon Cutwell in May 2025 with nearly 30 years of manufacturing experience. His background includes 8.5 years in machine shop setup, programming, and mechanical design, 2.5 years as a sales engineer for a carbide cutting tool manufacturer, and 13 years in industrial distribution before starting his Manufacturers’ Representative agency in 2021. Based in Roscoe, IL, Ryan covers Illinois and key accounts in Southern Wisconsin. He enjoys working with customers on activities related to process improvements and cycle time reduction. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.
