FireDrill™
Accelerated cutting-tool design and manufacturing to keep your production running.
The FireDrill™ Program reduces custom cutting tool orders from 5–8 weeks to 8–12 business days. We have a dedicated rapid-turn cutter grinding department that produces custom solid carbide drills, reamers and milling cutters to help alleviate tool emergencies.
Resharp Float Program
Maximize product life investment in your solid carbide tooling.
To help manage and support your tool inventory, the Resharp Float Program is exactly what you need. We resharpen a large majority of the tooling we produce, offering significant cost reductions on resharps when compared with new tools. While saving you money, we also guarantee 100% of tool life performance from when the tool was made new. By laying out an inventory float plan, we help ensure you have enough new and resharpened tools in stock. Our goal is to ensure you always have tools ready to keep your production lines up and running.
Process Development Center (PDC)

The Cutwell PDC couples CNC milling machines with state-of-the-art measuring instruments to collect cutting force data. We use advanced technologies to make data-driven improvements to our cutting tool designs, all to help you solve your toughest manufacturing problems.
